Who Tipped Owner/Waiter of Ground Zero Mosque Property $4.8M?

If only the nation's unemployed would lower themselves to become entrepreneurial waiters like the man who owns the property that may just house the Ground Zero Mosque.
From The Right Scoop:
Geraldo: Muslim who paid 4.8 Million for Ground Zero Mosque building was waiter in 2002
Apparently this guy saved the 4.8 million for this purchase from renting apartments on commission in NY. Yeah, sounds legit!
Here's the video from Geraldo at Large.
The man was a waiter as late as 2002. Then he went into property rentals on commission. That would mean he'd have to make $685,000 per year on commission to be able to buy the mosque property.
Will the government investigate where the money really did come from? Or will they leave it to Geraldo?
