President Obama has signed a new book deal.
It’s going to be about how he’s made TOUGH decisions in his first 100 days.
The chapter on how he made those "tough" decisions will be called ROCK, PAPER, SCISSORS.
The chapter on how he and his Cabinet arrived at those "tough" decisions will be called PRESENT.
